Seriously, another form to fill in?

Every organisation needs to keep accurate records of employee and visitor health status. This will include taking their temperature as well as asking questions such as:

1. Have you travelled to a high risk area in the last 14 days?
2. Have you had contact with anyone with confirmed COVID-19 in the last 14 days?
3. Do you have symptoms such as fever, cough and difficulty in breathing?

For the purpose of contact tracing, which is a core disease control measure as well as a key strategy for preventing further spread of COVID-19, these records needs to be kept safe and made available as and when required.

Paper records are simply a waste of effort as it is mostly illegible, inaccurate as well as a potential privacy risk to the person who’s personal information is recorded.

Will you be able to find the details of that one person who came into contact with your staff last week?
